If withdrawing due to H1B approval, your tuition adjustment will be based on the notice date, found on your Form I-797A or your last date of participation/attendance via Moodle, whichever comes later. H1B approval does not guarantee a refund or reversal of tuition charges. Students who withdraw from the University will be held responsible for all tuition and fees due after the withdrawal process is completed. All fees are non-refundable.
