I am missing some of the payment method options. I am unable to see the bank account payment method option in TigerNet.

If you had a prior dishonored payment or unsuccessful payment that was made with your bank account, that payment method is disabled indefinitely. We are not able to re-enable that payment method. You will need to use one of the other available methods to make payment (debit card/credit card or wire transfer).
