No, there is no need to put in a request to have a 1098T form prepared. Forms will be prepared and provided in TigerNet by January 31^st.

However, if we do not have your social security number or ITIN on file and you have not provided us with a completed W9 form, we are unable to prepare a 1098T form for you.
